2010’s Remodel

This new home didn't need much but when the clients bought it they wanted to make a few changes to make it their own. At the exterior wall of the kitchen we transformed a set of French doors into a sliding window wall and pass through counter to the outside dining space. The existing wine room wasn't situated to properly store their wine collection so thoughtfully planned racks and an island were added. At the upper floor an alcove at the top of the stairs was incorporated into the walk-in master closet and allowed the space for the installation of custom storage. In the basement bar area we created an alcove for shelving, counter space and under counter refrigeration maximizing the space and making it perfect to entertain.
