1960’s Remodel

This 1960’s home that had site-built windows and little insulation was in desperate need of an update. By replacing all the windows and doors as well as removing most of the main floor walls, a light-filled open floor plan was generated. A custom steel and wood staircase leads up to a private new master suite and custom cabinets throughout the house maximize storage. The use of natural woods softens the metal details and exposed steel beams yet creates a clean and modern feel.
