Ballard New Modern

Designed for a long-time Ballard family, this home combines style, functionality, and ease of living. With an emphasis on indoor-outdoor flow, the spacious living area opens through large sliding doors to blur the lines between the interior and the surrounding space. Tailored for an active family and their large dog, the home prioritizes low-maintenance design while offering ample opportunities for entertainment. A soundproofed home theatre ensures minimal noise disruption, while the penthouse bar with its unique curved roof serves as a highlight for social gatherings. Eclectic design elements, such as colorful tile and playful lighting, infuse personality throughout, with a custom walnut feature wall rising up the main stair column, serving as the home's focal point.
